    Cool Newbie with Meg 2.7

    Hi everybody,
I'm new in the community of rebreather divers. I was dreaming since many years to dive with this apparatus and I finally buy one.
I read this forum since two month to learn and find advices. I live in France an hour south of Paris, too far from the sea but not too much from some caves.
I found a good deal and I bought a used 2.7 Meg without SW, standard canister and an axial scrubber in april. I'll start my training at the end of June with TDI air diluent and Helitrox courses.
See you on the forum and maybe in real sometime

Welcome I know you will enjoy the diving your CCR. One thing you will notice is that there is little to no breathing resistance like OC diving.
the only advice I can give you is
    1. Go through the list and do not skip a step
    2. Sorb is cheap when compare to your life
    3. Change the Cells every 12 month no matter if they seem to be working still
    4. If something doesn't feel right don't dive there is always another day
