    New Guy from Upstate NY

I have been stalking the forums for a couple of years now. Originally thought I was going to pursue the recreational route for the no bubbles and noise for my underwater photography. I re-thought this idea as I knew it wouldn't be long before I would have wished I had done the technical route. So fast forward to today. I have signed up with Add Helium for the Mod 1 course in February and will be buying a Prism 2. Peter has been more than patient with all my questions. I have done some Tech diving on doubles and have done a try dive in Grand Cayman last year on the Inspiration. Super pysched and can't wait.

    Welcome to RBW.

Congratulations on the Prism2. It's a great rig. Training with Add Helium is second to none. Enjoy your new machine.

    Cheers - Chris

Get yourself a good drysuit and we'll be waiting for you downstate on some great boats out of NY/NJ/CT come the season. Then again it's 70 degrees F on Christmas morning so maybe the season has begun.

I've got a good drysuit. Looking forward to doing some more of the wrecks in the St Lawrence river. I'll have to get down your way!!

Cool Re: New Guy from Upstate NY

Good luck ckrueger, you'll learn a bunch down there with AH and Peter. You're only 6 hours west of us in Cape Ann. We have a decent ccr community out here, so if you want to do some diving, let me know!

    Best Regards,
    Matt Marcoux

I am not sure if he is still around but Ron Scorese is in NYC (close to you) and was one of the top training directors for NAUI's rebreather program. I believe he exclusively dives the Prism brand of rebreathers. Might be a good one to look up.

Thanks Matt & Garibaldi for the info.

Matt - What is most of the diving you guys do off of Cape Ann? My Buddy and I may take a trip out that way.
