    Ad Helium Poor Customer Service

    Anyone else had issues trying to order product from this company. Seems like they are not offshore friendly. Have been having numerous emails with them to try and confirm an order for carbon tanks but with no result. Anyone know who the owner of the company is to make a complaint to ?

    Sorry to hear that. My experience has been stellar, but being in country may have an influence. The owner and manager are on here regularly. Stand by...

    The owner (or at least partner) is Peter Sotis. I have been buying from them for several years and have never had any issues with them. Top notch service, products, and prices every time. I urge you to contact them via telephone (they answer calls) and talk to them directly.

    I trust Peter Sotis the owner, and the manager Tony land with my life in the water. I order from them constantly and I have never had a problem.

    I can assure you whatever your problem is Tony will work it out.

    For the sake of full disclosure you should know that the owner of Add Helium is also the owner of Rebreather World. So be careful what you post.

    I have ordered from Add Helium numerous times and have nothing but praise for their customer service. I'm in Vancouver Canada and purchases and exchanges are promptly handled

    I've had heaps of gear delivered to Singapore (and Indonesia) without issue. They have always been accurate with delivery dates and upfront with any back order issues.

    Recently Tony has been answering emails to: info@addhelium.com. Try that address if you haven't been using it.
