Trim Inflation Pillow Solves Heavy Feet

    Hey,

Just an FYI, Lamar's blog this week covered our new Trim Inflation Pillow, which is a great tool to solve heads up/feet down trim that is common in rebreather diving (and sidemount diving).

Here is the link: Trim Inflation Pillow

    Very nice. A novel approach.

I'll look forward to seeing someone using one next month when I'm in cave country. It'll be a change not to see divers wearing weights on the shoulder harnesses of their rigs.

Personally, I don't want yet another air space to deal with.

Having a drysuit, a wing, and my counter lungs is enough. Adding to that seems like a disaster waiting to happen.

Re: Trim Inflation Pillow Solves Heavy Feet

Over the years I have done numerous sidemount clinics. My first was in 1984. The number one issue always seems to be trimming out heavy legs. When you clip bottles to your hips, butt mount a primary light, add reels on the butt plate and then dive a wetsuit it becomes work to trim out.
