| Re: VR3 as analyzer?! Hi... It works perfectly acceptably as an analyser. You need to buy or make a suitable cable and a sensor of course. And like all things VR3 the sensor capability costs money for the PIN number.I've just bought a VR3, and I like it very much... This analyzerfunction it's capable of, is it worth the money?! | Custom Title Allowed! Current Rebreather/s: | Re: VR3 as analyzer?! There is two functions that can be purchased. One in for reading the PO2 in the breathing loop for Rebreather and the other is for the analyzer. My question is if I were to buy the function for the RB can I also use it for a analyzer? Or would I have to buy both at $225 ea. Scott |

| Re: VR3 as analyzer?! Any PP02 meter used at 1 atmosphere is an analyzer... just drop the cell into baggie and analize away. If you use something like a cell in a P-Connector, just unplug it and use it. Otherwise get an extra cable and use that. The VR-3 is a good unit and we use them for mix analysis all the time. Dave
