From what I remember the last order I placed was last year I think with all the pieces and parts to make up 1 (7) pin connector I think the cost was around $30.00~$35.00 with out any protective caps.....

Re: Best source for VR3 cable?

I bought some from FarnellInOne some time ago - in the US you can probably order through NewarkInOne.

They do not sell the Belden cable though unless on full reels, so I used shielded bright blue microphone cable (similar to the Belden).

Mounting everything takes some time though - that's why I ordered one ready-made (I'm a lazy kind of guy ) through the group buy organised by Beanie.

Re: Best source for VR3 cable?

I've got a KISS VR£ cable that may work, Fischer plug on one end, bare wires the other end in a silicon filled PVC sheath. It's for sale if you are interested but it is the 2-pin version not the 7-pin.

Dive Rite Express sells an unterminated VR3 cable with the 7 pin connector on this page: http://www.diveriteexpress.com/vr3/vr3rebreather.shtml
Part number is DP-C8c, described as "Custom VR3 O2 Monitor Kit" and
includes the VR3 PIN code.

If you just want the cable only, no VR3 codes, see this page:
http://www.diveriteexpress.com/vr3/vr3supplies.shtml
Part number is DP-C10c.

We also have documented the cable extensively at this page:
http://www.diveriteexpress.com/library/vr3pinouts.shtml
