Contact info for Simon at VR3

I'm looking for an email address for Simon at VR3. I sent my VR3 in for service, and tried emailing their support@vr3.co.uk address, but no response. I'd like to see if they were able to duplicate the problem. Does anybody have a direct email for Simon there? I tried simply Simon @ vr3.co.uk, but no luck. Thanks!
