Re: Loads Of Deco

That is a lot of deco, something is possibly is wrong. Check the conservatism level. Dove recently my Ver5 VR3 and my buddy's 2007 VR3 to 45m, around 17m bottom time, 130min RT mostly spent below 25m and came up with a total of 9min of deco at 1.2 SP. Both VR3s tracked within a minute of each other regardless of the version difference.
Hope this helps.
Tibby

Assuming the mix is helium free it's still a lot of deco. Nx27 would put you at about 1.1 PO2 for the bottom part. Try to run a V-planner profile to compare. It should be a free download for that profile if you don't have it already.
The conservatism level is under the setup/safe menu, the bigger the number the safer is the profile (10, 20, 30..)
Good luck

So what settings do you have the software on?

I ran it through the Proplanner software for the VR3 on zero and 50% micro bubble and got

1 @ 20
1 @ 12
3 @ 6
12 @ 3

OC dive? I ran it through Proplan as OC and got this:

Depth1= 35msw: 31mins 27%O2 Run Time= 31mins
DIVE 1 DECOMPRESSION REQUIREMENTS
Stop= 20msw: 1mins 27%O2 Run Time= 34mins
Stop= 13msw: 1mins 27%O2 Run Time= 35mins
Stop= 6msw: 24mins 27%O2 Run Time= 60mins

On CCR with setpoints of 1.3 and 0.7 for the last stop you get:

Depth1= 35msw: 31mins (Dil=N2) PPO2=1.30bar Run Time= 31mins
DIVE 1 DECOMPRESSION REQUIREMENTS
Stop= 19msw: 1mins (Dil=N2) PPO2=1.30bar Run Time= 34mins
Stop= 11msw: 1mins (Dil=N2) PPO2=1.30bar Run Time= 35mins
Stop= 6msw: 7mins (Dil=N2) PPO2=0.70bar Run Time= 43mins

From your mixes you must be on OC, if you want to shorten the deco take a tank of 50-80 in with you.

Re: Loads Of Deco

Check you have your PROFILE set rite... changes must be SAVED, then and only then does the VR3 calculate the tables accordingly.
I wonder why so many mixes... perhaps you might simply aim to minimise N2 and limit Narcosis and Deco too... this way you can adopt the hotest mix allowable for the planned depth.
