Question New Software upgrade for VR3 Due out in Oct

Hi all

On the subject of Dive computers I plan on buying the latest version of the VR3 due out the 1st Oct. I belive they are implimenting a VPM model software upgrade. Does anyone know what Kevin has been working on. I would be interested to find out before I spend the hard earned cash.

Delta P replied to my mail only informing me of the relese date not what the new software was based on when I asked.

Any ideas

Hi Matthew,

As far as I'm aware they are fixing some bugs in their VPMB software, the release date has been extended because of this.

Hi Chris

It was a scheduled release for september, pushed back to october. Is it VPMB as we all know it on V-Planner, I heard it may be Buhlmann in the shallows.

cheers

Hi Matthew,

I don't have enough info to speculate.

Cheers,
Chris

Nice to see you've changed your mind about the VR3 Mathew, mine is still going strong. Hope all is well on Phuket.

as far as I heard, it will be like VPM-E with conservatism 3 (and you can not lower the conservatism:-(

so I stick to my buhlmann VR3

Hi Ian all is well in sunny phuket, How was the trip to Scapa? and have you upgraded that old classic yet for a new vision if not you should.

Slowly changing my mind On the VR3 but only to back up the vision on my evolution on deeper dives.
Oh and if i use the VR3 i i sell more in the shop makes sense.

Happy days

I'm going to get a HUD soon, as I already have the VR3 I don't see that the Vision would give me much more, certainly not £2.5k's worth.

Scapa didn't happen, Sue wimped out, just as well as she's cleared off now for good.
