![]() | VR3 cell reading HI ALL I have just got a dragger sensor for my vr3 which displays the fo2 does any one know if you can change this to read in po2? I am sure that I have read that the vr3 can read in po2. Why change/ Well I do not like having to remember the MOD for that mix that I am breathing, and yes I know that you should use the tank mix for the MOD. Any help would be much appreciated. David :D |

David,While you COULD run your VR3 in CCR mode while actually diving SCR, it wouldn't be a very good idea. As long as you stayed out of deco, I'm pretty sure it would work OK. However, once you enter deco, all of the predictions for stop times and TTS would be far shorter than what you would actually experience. cheers... |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: VR3 cell reading Hi you will need to upgrade the VR3 to the 2007v firmware! It is not possible just to unlock the this feature. Integral part of the new 2007v firmware is the new Quick Start function with the Q (Quick), N (Normal) and X (Expert) mode. Within the Setup Screen you will have a new option Qstrt to select the mode. The 2007v firmware requires a revision C mainboard. If you have an older VR3 with a revision B board, you will need to upgrade the system board as well.
