VR3 screen problem...

Oddly enough, I changed the battery and it happened, just out of curiosity, I just changed it again and it went away, so, because I'm an idiot of the first order I did it once more and its back. This is not a connector error, it is a driver chip problem, but I'll be buggered with a very large wooden pole before I open it up, so back to DeltaP it goes. I am just working up to phoneing them.

Can you send it back to Delta P and let them take a look at it, if you need a Vr3 while yours is away let me know and I will get demo unit to you.
If you go down the DIY route have a bottle of whiskey handy "Just in case".

Thanks for the advice and the offer Barry. I have a second VR3 so I am OK. I can read the one with the pixal line missing. Peek diving time at the moment so I am waiting for things to back off for the winter before getting it fixed.
