Angry Vr3 upgrades & parts? Money charged nothing happend!

Hi, I just placed an order for about VR3 OC-CC pin upgrade & oxigen analiser
kit, almost a month ago(25 days 'till now)!

I'm "dealing" with the DeepBlue divecenter from Tynemouth!
And not too much happened so far(they just charged mmy card about the price 331 pound and that was it!

The guy said:"it should take a week to get my goods, 'couse there isn't in stock just now, we have to order it as well and anyway have to order the pin numbes too!(website says o2 kit in stock, place your order befor 3pm, they sendng that day........)

It took him 2 days to find out, what the price's gonna be,and than charged me!

After about 10 days still nothing happend, called them:" he's having lunch, but within 10-15 min he's gonna call me back"(you can't deal with others if you started with someone else.......that's shame!!!! ),-again nothing happened!!!

Next day so-on I tried to call the shop, finnaly I've got a talk with him: "a few more days delay, because of the Delta-P, they are so slow"!)

Is it true?????? I thought there are unique pin numbers for my VR3 for each upgrades!
Ready to buy anytime,takes a few hours - a weekend to get it done!!!

The days go by nothing happens again.........He's gone for holiday for a week? I'll have to wait till he's back ! What..........?

I've got another talk just before yesterday:....................... .......!!
Do you wanna read more, or that was enough????????


Anyway I have a f..kn exelent custemer service but from who.........?

please give an advice what's going on..., whose fault is it, shall I call the Delta-P about how long I must to wait????

If Deep Blue Tynemouth is not addressing the problem I would make sure that Delta-P is aware of the issue. I doubt they would approve of that level of service from their dealers. On this side of the pond it's considered *very* bad form to charge the customer's card prior to shipping.

I would email or ring delta p and ask wtf is going on. Have your serial number to hand, they need that to generate the codes and then ask what they think of deep blue? It usually takes then 20 -30 mins to get the code done.

Diverite Express delivered me the code by email in 24hours.
Kit arrived 1 week after in Japan... I have the feeling it is much cheaper.

Sorry about that Peter,
I wrote an article about Delta P and CCRB.

They usually work really quickly. To get a PIN nr. is question of 10 minutes, really. Because they already have the PIN nrs for every computer.

They also have stock of everything, so Dorset - Scotland is matter of a couple of days...

As other Rebreather World brothers wrote: get in touch with Delta P.

And if those robbing sods from Tynemouth don't sort it out get your credit card company to refund the money from their merchant account.

Thank's the advices!

Today I wrote an e-mail, to the Delta P, explained them about the situation!
Monday I'm gonna call as well!

Anyway, the story continues:

-I just called the deep-blue tynemouth this morning on th way outThey were absolutely "surprised" what I was telling them, and how......! (I just don't wanna repeat it here.....!)
-".....we placed Your order to the Delta P at early this month....."
I couldn't call the Delta P, phone signal just gone, as every day, out at sea!(working as a scallop-diver)! Getting in somewhere civilised area is just too late!

Tomorow(sunday?) or at latest monday, that'll be the next step!

The fellow-feeling from everyone,is great !
