Well I hope Deep Blue Tynemouth and other outfits read this forum - I know which places I will/won't order stuff from.
Poor customer service can hurt a business!

Well, in general it is too easy to became dealer then those are the results.
I know DeltaP organize Workshops for dealers but then...how do you know how serious is a person?

In the past (not diving related market) I had some dealers selling some stuffs: no dealers price but a % on the sale volume at the end of the year.
No sales no %. Unsatisfied customers no %. That's it.

To be fair, I do know a lot of people who have purchased at Deep Blue in Tynemouth without anything bad to say about them.

Might I suggest a constructive conversation with the proprietor explaining your grievance.

THE STORY is about the ENDING!!!

This morning, I just made a call to Delta P, gave them my details, and when I started to tell my "things", I've got connected to Al Wright, who remembred me from here!
He got contact with the Deep Deep Blue(from Tynemouth),and together they sorted out everything!!!
In half an hour finally I've got my Pins and from that time I'm pretty confident, I'm gonna get the hardware as well(soon!)

To be fair, the reason for that major delay was some technical problem with E-MAIL SERVER between the two company!
One(Delta P) didn't get the order, the Other(Deep Blue) was waiting..., and waiting...!
My call Deep Blue just produced more E-mail to gone "nowhere"!
The lesson is: phone calls between companies can sort out everything!
