Interesting but shouldn't everyone already have some spares without someone who tell you to do it?

Hi Nad,

Many Vr3 owners do have spares but I think the kit is aimed primarily at new Vr3 owners who may not be aware of the things to get.

This kit does also offer a package to existing Vr3 owners who can choose one of the existing packs or the new kit.

Today I was dealing with an order for 3 x Vr3's and two of the divers had requested the C19 Battery Cap and Tool only Kit probably trying to have parts available if necessary but in my experience it is the C29 Set of two buttons, inc circlips & springs that would be used more often.

The C40 looks OK to me it has all the bits you may need on a trip and a bag to carry the Vr3.

Boy, they are not shy about charging for this stuff..... Think I'll stick to the O-Rings from the hardware store and will not drop my battery cap overboard.

Anyone ever really lost a switch? Mine are as old as VR-3's can be (old silver aluminum case dates my unit) and have never had an issue. ?????

Hi Dave,

The cost quoted is the RRP although I suspect the O rings are a minimal cost content in the kit.

The Button or as you say switch, can and do get lost or broken or else there is a hell of a lot of buttons out there.

The purpose of posting this info is to inform Vr3 owners that the C40 kit is now available from agents if you want it.
