![]() | Re: Montego Bay, Jamaica I got detained by Jamaican custom on suspicion of smugling drugs. Single male flying back to miami. I would never step foot back on that island again. when they found my camera strobe in my bag they though it was filled with drugs. The diving did suck they total raped the reel. I would suggest staying is your resort and drink heavily............. |

![]() | Re: Montego Bay, Jamaica I've done dives at Sandals Whitehouse (Jamaica other side of the island) and at Sandals in St. Lucia and like everyone prior to me has said, don't waste your time! It's not even the fact that we typically dive deeper or even being surrounded by 35 seemingly brand new divers. The majority of the time you are diving the same sites that folks are snorkeling on. 20-30 ft fished over reefs. We did do one wreck dive that was about 65' in the wash. They keep you from going in it though. On the plus side, all the alcohol is included! Enjoy, James |

Enjoy, James it is more of an anniversary trip than a dive trip, but we thought the dive part would be at least a good experience. i appreciate everyones input on this. -pips- |
