I had to look that one up : "Undeservedly lucky."I don't know man, in the past five months I've been blown out of the Fred T Berry, the Sauffley, the U102, the U92, the Bow Mariner, and then the Doria twice. Not that I'm complaining, but I was ready for one of the big trips to come through. I'm hoping for just a little bit more luck - I'm back out there tomorrow, inshallah. Woohoo! To answer your question about the lights Dave, it was just a matter of too much diving, too little recharging for the can light. It turned on back at the surface, but I guess the low charge was too much for the switch at depth. The backup light showed .9 volts for each of the 8 batteries, sounds like it was turning on at depth unnoticed. Time to start packing a third one again, and adding backup light checks to my predive again. Here are some pics: ![]() check out those flat seas ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: The Norness Rob, Thanks for the pictures. Very nice!! Great find. Is that glass intact? Can you post some shots when you get it cleaned up? I was just hoping your lights had not flooded. That would really suck, as I'm sure you have more dives planned. We're just back from the Doria, and Jay had problems turning his HID on at depth. It worked when he hit the surface, then would not turn off. Backup, backup, backup. Tim, Glad your feeling better.
