Hi Jamie

What Phi and Rich said re the 3l cylinders- if you had a couple of 7l ali's with left hand valve that would be good for the KISS and Meg lot while also doubling as slings.

I enjoyed that rip too ...you'll have a giggle Rob.

[quote=decoweenie;121235]Jamie,

Personally, I would get the same 3L steel used on APD units (i.e. Inspiration, not Evolution). And same valves (i.e. 180-deg, not 90-deg).

ok, i'll get onto it! thanks for the advice

Just been back to the Tottori Maru mentioned in the trip report, none of us O/C boys manged more than 25mins@73m bottom time so we still haven't covered all the wreck.

sort of seeing the CCR attraction........

Re: MV Trident - The inaugural "USS Hammerhead" trip

a belated vote for 3L tanks with 180 degree valves

you'll have at least one prism onboard next april, possibly several. They need 180 degree valves too.

thanks for pursuing this, and for getting feedback here. you're engendering all sorts of global goodwill from the Rebreather community

we can dive nearly all year in the gulf ,but mid-NOV to mid -JAN is monsoon time so definately not then

Best times are March,April,May , then again August,Sept, October when we have generally flat seas

Notice the word "generally" This year in April we had up to 3 thunderstorms on the radar at the same time, then the water can still be a bit ... lumpy?!
