I used 5 LCD Mv meter screens (6.5€ a piece) , a tool box or whatever case you have or make, 5 switches, 5 headphone connectors ( but I would leave these away, not necessary , could just connect directly, 5 molex connectors for the cells, a water filter ( wich could be a lot smaller)

I have seen a device in a small research lab where they put some material together with a computer in a device and then make it vacuum, the computer also had two cables. They used two half Bowles and where the cables entered the surface was about 3 cm's wide on each half, there where made o rings on the cables and where the cables went thru it was cut out slightly bigger then the cable to fit the o-rings.

Sorry, my English isn't good enough to explain it clearly.
