We've got two full sets of OC gear and wetsuits =P When I go diving I never travel with a bag that advertises itself as a dive bag, I think that most baggage handlers seem to treat that as a challenge...Rob I take a mesh bag for when I am there (folds up small) and the dive gear just goes in the suitcase (well my drager did, I think this is going to be more of a challenge with the inspiration!) 1st/2nd stage and computer goes in hand luggage. As a former baggage handler for three different airlines, 2 full sets of OC gear, you're better off getting two bags. No airline in the world will accept a bag over 32kg, and a lot are now refusing to accept any single item over 23kg... this is not an excess baggage thing, its the baggage handlers refusing to lift it... check with the airline your flying with for their rules before you decided on one big bag, or a couple of smaller ones.

Battered old army surplus rucksack, dirt cheap, virtually unbreakable, huge (120litres of space), waterproof and extremely comfortable. If you do a bit of digging they are usually made by good manufacturers, mine is built round a high end Berghaus rucksack. They look so crap though that they don't look worth stealing. I've also got a couple of old, black North Face cargo bags which are great as well but a bit more conspicuous (and harder to carry).
