| Re: Life in England Look M8, it may be funny to you but people are jumping off tall buildings and hanging themselves with their Mum's bras here in Auckland - god knows (if there is one of course) what is happening in the rest of the country - it's gone suspiciously quiet. Graham Henry is facing a firing squad if he comes back to NZ - I hear he's defected to the Cubans. Even the prime minister has declared a cease fire against Al Quadau what's their faces and is seeking extradition of the referee who apparently single handedly defeated the Kiwis while the French sat around eating whatever French people eat when they're trying to piss off 3 million people (more effective than sinking "Rainbow Warrior" anyway) - it's absolute bloody misery. So just spare a thought for us long suffering "I can't even spell rugerby" types. Think about it for moment, Kiwis have been building up to the world cup since 2 minutes after the last one, massive headlines etc etc etc and then they lose the damn thing - it's hell here at the moment. The very least the bloody selfish French could have done was pretend to lose and then gone and played the real game somewhere else and not told new Zealand. Oh, and they could have contributed towards the victim support bill. Well England are still in the world cup as are France and were are the New Zealand team? oh yes on the plane home along with the Australia team ( maybe not the same plane) ![]() Andrew. |

| Re: Life in England You will be safe from taking part in any war as New Zealand has disbanded most of its armed forces Both the soldiers have retitred? The Navy's canoe sank? Joking apart, if you look at sporting results per capita Aus and NZ do pretty well compared with everyone else in the world. NZ 3 million, France 60 million [ish], so therefore, on the law of averages alone, France should have 20 world class Rugger Buggers to NZ's 1. And it wasn't me singing 'you all live in a former colony' to the tune of Yellow Submarine, although I did laugh!
