How can they see me!? I'm not making any bubbles and I hid behind the sign.

NACD and OSHA respond to the incident with the requirement that all signs posted in underwater environs must have padding on any surface not painted in a conspicuous color.

Back of sign reads "Thank you. Come again." The problem is that it was written in letters 1 mm tall.
