Submatix Bottles

Where do you get the bottles that fit inside the Submatix case? Are they only supplied via submatix, or are they a fairly standard bottle?

I understand standard 2ltr fabers will fit. If you take out the top weights, 3ltrs will also fit. Dont know what impact that will have on the counterlung volume though.
