![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Submatix CCR+rEvodream help Hi Hi DinspirationI'm using a Submatix SMS (mCCR) with the rEvodream. For me the CCR version of the rEvodream is working fine. Submatix has a new sensorholder which is mounted obove the inhale lung direct on the case. The new holder allows you use 2 O2 cells. With a single cathode you will have 2 signals and with double cathode cells you can get 4 signals. I have installed 2 standard O2 Cells. From the sensorholder a small cable goes to a manifold. The manifold is mounted next to the scrubber. From the manifold a cable with a 7 pin fisher connector is going to my VR3 (one O2 Cell). On the bottom of the manifold is a fisher socket for the rEvodream (one O2 Cell). I mounted a fisher connector on the rEvodream to remove it from the Submatix if needed. The rEvodream itself is mounted on the diluent gauge. The cable for the HUD is routed between the jacket and the case. The rEvodream is configured to use only one O2 cell. But the configuration is flexible. I can share O2 cells, if needed (2 x rEvodream plus 1 shared VR3) or I can use double cathode cells... If you are interested, I can take some pictures of the configuration. DINspiration P.S. Using the rEvodream with the Submatix SMS is just great! I really love the rEvodream..... ![]() Thanks, it is exactly what we want. Please, we are already waiting for the pictures. Best Mikel P.S. I'm using a rEvodream in my classic inspiration for almost one year now... absolutly in love with it. ![]()

One cable is going out for the VR3. On the Bottom is the connection for the rEvodream. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Submatix CCR+rEvodream help Hi Dinspiration. Thanks you very much for the pictures. We just wanted two sensors because we have already the VR3 conected to another one. Just a question. Can the sensor house pass throught the breathing hose hole in the Rebreather case? If the answer is yes, we wouldn't need any fissher connector... right? Thanks Mikel

DINspiration I will trie to expelain it better. Said that i connect directly the rEvodream to the sensor house without a fissher connector. Now i have to connect the sensor house to the loop. To do that i have to have the sensor house inside the case and the rEvodream outside. Said that i don't want to make any hole, so i can use the breathing hose hole in the case to put it inside. How big is the breathing hose hole in the case? How big is the sensor house? Can the sensor house go truoght the hole in the case? Sorry, i don't know how explain it better. Best Mikel

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Submatix CCR+rEvodream help Hi Mikel I don't think you can connect the rEvodream directly to the sensor holder. The cable gland is too small and I think a PG7 will not fit. Using the standard holder with the manifold will be the right way. On the bottom of the manifold you can use a PG7 for the rEvodream. Here is a complete picture of the holder. holder-complete.jpg The holder replaces the standard connector on you inhale lung and it is mounted in the original hole. On you inhale lung you will need to second connector as the one for the ADV. submatix-complete.jpg This picture shows the original submatix version of the configuration. The sensor holder, the manifold with VR3 cable, HUD and two Oxyscans. Kind regards DINspiration |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Submatix CCR+rEvodream help Hi DINspiration. Thanks again for your big hepl. Do you think that will be posible to fit a female fisher connector in the cable that comes from the sensor house instead using the manifoult? We don't need the manifoult. Sensor house>20cms cable>fisher female conector> fisher male conector>120cms cable from the rEvodream. What do you think? Thanks again Mikel
