Rebreather fatality Pompano?

Any details on the cause of death other than drowning?

Diver walked off boat to the police boat for transport to the EMT's that were waiting on shore. Diver lost consciensness and died in the hospital the next day. He had embolized and his whole body was full of bubbles. Too fast of an ascent seems to be the cause.
