It does sound like a great time.

What airlines / routes have people found effective?
for air travel? American Airlines would be my first
choice but that is just habit on my part.

I'm assuming flying into SantaDomingo(SDQ) is best?
Starting from OHare, AA's best times seems to be
6 hrs if going through Miami, FL or 7.5 hrs through
    San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Are other airlines /routes easier for this destination?

Hello to all who answered to my questions!

Thank you all for your time to help me. I can not wait up the next year. I hope to see you there in person.

Ron, even with my bad Englisch I could understand your translation. I read your writing from the last year and it is really good. I hope I like it how you did.

    See you
    Karin

Yes SDQ is the only choice other airports are too far. Continetal, and spirit. also have direct flights, but I leave from NY.

    You guy's are funny.

    To answer a few questions,

AA is probably the best airline as it has the most flights although if you shop around, continental, Spirit or Jet Blue, you sometimes get a deal.

For new rebreather divers, seasoned veterans, instructors or students.
Pirates Cove is a friendly no-nonsense approach to rebreather diving the way it should be.

So venture down for the diving experience you deserve.

Rebreather week and the week following, wreck week 2007 are shaping up nicely.

I promised not to say yet, but I have a few very cool surprises in store.

Afterwards you can say "and I was there when!!!"

Look for Curt Bowens article on Rebreather Piracy 2006 in the new issue of ADM, as well as an article on one of our favorite wrecks in the DR in the upcoming issue of Wreck Diver Magazine.

So, Why just Dive when you can Explore

    See ya, I'm going Diving,

    John
