Since I use these as well, it got me googleing, and found this link:
    https://shop.liquidproductions.com/p...-oxygen-sensor

I dive a rEvo and after trying to buy on price years ago, I decided the few bucks saved was not worth the frequent problems with cheap cells:
    http://www.oceanedgeoutfitters.com/r.../revo-r200.htm

The first link is a Meg branded Vandegraph molex cell, the latter one a rEvo cell. rEvo cells are tested by rEvo, I would be surprised if ISC doesn't do that as well. I personally witnessed rEvo checking cells (when visiting the factory a few years ago) before packaging them for distribution. I have had very good luck with rEvo cells.

Speculation on my part: After the Teledyne lawsuit debacle the market adapted where (in the US at least) the rebreather manufacturers source cells to absorb some of the liability.

    Edit: Also, I should add:

I don't believe ISC tests individual cells beyond what Vandergraph does to provide the data sheet. Now cells that are installed on new units have been pressure tested as an assembly which in my mind is more reflective of their actual performance.

My understanding was that the KISS cells were also vand. That's what I have been using the last 2 years with good success.
