    Tilly Foster Mine claims CCR Diver

    Bob Thomas (48), an experienced CCR diver was found dead at 170 ft in the Tilly Foster Mine in New York's Putnam County. He was diving solo and initial reports speak of him becoming entangled. He had dove the mine previously. At this time I do not know if he was diving open or closed circuit since he used both at the mine. I asume he was diving his Prism. He was a good man and a good diver.
