Ok, I tried each of the different suggestions while doing CCR training at Lake Denton, Fl yesterday. The technique that worked best and quickest is.... horizontal, butt slightly up and list to the left, blow hard while hitting the OPV and Dil MAV at the same time. Thanks again guys!

Should I be vertical, horizontal? listing to "port" (left)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!
Horizontal for sure. I tilt a little bit to the left...just enough to bring the OPV to the highest point, then lay into the MAV.
