    1 stage O2 pressure

    Hello all!

I was wondering what is the best 1 stage pressure for Meg 2.7?
Mine is sett now to 8.5 for oxygen and 10 for diluent.
But since I changed swagelock with normal O2 feed (regulator 2 stage) I almost don't hear when solenoid is firing. with swagelock it was louder.. I'm afraid that with more pressure in 1 stage, solenoid will eat up more the battery, what I would really like to avoid..

    Best regards Max

Solenoid's consumption isn't affected by interstage pressure, as far as i know.
Talking with Leon, some months ago, he told me that for recreational diving (i mean non professional) every values between 9 and 10 is fine. In some situations (navy for example) IP has been pushed up to 15 bar without any issues.

Pressure is unrelated to battery life within reason. Mine is about 9 bar.
I don't hear mine as much using the reg fitting compared to the old QC4 either.
