Different than my stainless steel core wrapped Paintball tanks then, they are 10 years to end of life. But only cost 189 Euros, + Valve.

Do you have problems getting them filled in a dive shop or club?

No, you pay for shipping (unless you pick them up at the store). Unless you are in the State of Florida, there will be no taxes.

Have a link to these specific tanks? What are the valve threads?

No, the dive shops I use do exactly what I tell them to do, otherwise I go elsewhere. I also have my own compressor and gases with lots of tanks for a weeks diving.

I bought the tanks through amazon.de (they were actually cheaper than everyone else) https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The Valves are specially made for me by Mr Lempke from Nautec since the neck thread is 5/8"x 18 UNF, and the 1st stage thread is G5/8 200Bar DIN.
If you order the Tanks you'll probably have Amazon ship the tanks to http://www.dive-nautec.de/website/ and ask Mr Lempke to make the valves fit. He does great work (and also is the owner of Nautec) I'm not sure what I payed, for 2 sets of specially made valves but although it wasn't cheap it definatly was worth the money.
Then, when Nautec is done, have them ship the tanks with valves attached to you. If you decide to go that route just tell Mr Lempke to make your valves just like the valves that he made for Michael Fisch, he'll remember!
