    I'd stay the hell away from Suunto: compared to anything that runs gradient factors or VPM they are just way too conservative, you'll end up ignoring it and getting locked out or hanging there for unnecessary hours, hating every second of it.

    iv no problem with a 3 gas suunto / pre deep stop bollox ,
    as you can fudge it up to work rather nice , for the sort of diving the op is talking about .

    only thing i never liked was not being able to switch to oxygen untill you get above 6m
    simple fudge to sort ,
    iv been able to match run time / deco when i used to dive oc and buddy had ccr on 1.3 set point and 1.6 deco .
