Seems like you want to email your dive center and ask if they rent:

    1) 7L M25x2 steel cylinders and you will bring your own valves.

    2) 3L steel oxygen cylinders with standard 5/8 BSP DIN valves. (if they own and rent them they will obviously fill them regardless of the theoretical M26 requirement)

If they don't rent 3L steels with 5/8 BSP DIN valves, then see if you can get a M26 DIN fitting for your reg and swap out the normal DIN for the M26 for this trip.

Then bring the LOLA valves and your own North American DIN regs (with or without an M26 fitting as necessary).

That is the master plan, Richard. We have friends in the Stockholm area but that is a bit of a haul. We could get their thanks but we are first trying something a bit closer to Denmark.
I am following some leads in re dive shops ...

    Its's never easy ...

I have never seen an M26 DIN fitting even in a catalog unfortunately. Getting one ahead of time here in the States might be a problem. You might be forced to buy a new O2 reg? Or find another destination lol

Whatever you do, don't get M25 valves mixed up with 3/4" valves. Very bad news as others have described.
