    I have to take back everything positive I've said about service with this company. Shortly after upgrading to a Se7en head, I had a bluetooth issue covered under warranty. This was November 2015, it's now May 2016, still no unit.

    They provided me a loaner, but it was a 40m VI, which was basically useless to me. I ended up sending it back.

    Very frustrated.

    I bought a Se7en in June 2015. Dove it for about 35 dives not including all the hours spent in the pool in training. It died on a dive trip in San Carlos in August. Wouldn't get through the startup tests. Sent back to Poseidon & they sent me a loaner (Mk VI, 40m). They determined they couldn't fix the original e-mod quickly (or maybe at all) so they replaced it with a new one. I think it was about 2 months from the time I sent in the original e-mod until I got a new one. My only complaint is the folks at Poseidon can be difficult to get in touch with. Luckily, my local dive shop owner has been in the business for 40 years and is great to work with.
