    Drager Lar V O-Ring Sizes

I was hoping to gather some spare O-Rings for my LAR-V's, but having trouble narrowing down the right sizes. It's usually easy to figure out the imperial sizes for me, but I am not to familiar with Metric O-Ring sizes, and there appear to be lots of variables.

It looks like the loop uses 3 different size O-Rings. They all appear to have the same cross section size of apron 1.65mm, but they all have different ID's. It looks like there is a 24mm ID, 25mm ID, and a 28.3mm ID. These were all calculated by taking measurements with calipers so I am likely a bit off... does anyone know the actual spec for the correct size?

Good call, thanks. I'll update with the correct loop sizes once I figure it out. I'm starting to think they are the 1.5mm cross section, that appears to be a standard metric cross section size.

    Cheers,
    Matt

Why does it matter? He isn't asking about the reducer... he's asking about breathing LOOP.

    My bad, sorry :)

So, just disassembled and measured at time

    Plastic connectors :

    Inner diameter : 22mm
    Exterior diameter : 26mm
    Thickness : 2mm

    Inox counterlung connector :

    Inner diameter : 25mm
    Exterior diameter : 28mm
    Thickness : 1.75mm

    Inox loop connector :

    Inner diameter : 22mm
    Exterior diameter : 26mm
    Thickness : 2mm

    Loop connector for DSV :

    Inner diameter : 26mm
    Exterior diameter : 30mm
    Thickness : 2mm

Tight fit ! internal diameter of the seals, smaller than the grooves diameter

NOTE : The two inox "bayonet" connectors (one in loop and one in couterlung) are different, one is thinner.
