Re: Starting Rebreather, Cold or Warm Water

as a lake superior guy I learned here with Richie Kohler as my instructor. even in the intro pool work we wore full on drysuit and trained in our "typical environment gear" from the git go. I would love to be a warm water guy but I live in cold water and can;t afford to travel to the nice warm stuff as often as I like to dive

I start rebreather diving in a cold mountain lake in Austria, for me it was not a problem, I made 90% from my dives in a Dry suit.

    regards andreas

Thank you all for your advises. Unfortunately plan have changed
But I don't think I am neither cold nor warm diver as I need to adjust all the time. The sea is to far from my home...
