    You're sure they made it over? If you 'cd /usr/lib/' and type 'ls libborq*', do they both show up? Those files not being in that location is the only way I can recreate that exact error message. Have you tried killing apparmor again, as bowzer suggested, before trying to move the files and run the command?

    If all else fails, and I almost hate to suggest this, but V-Planner runs fairly well under Wine. You can install the windows executable using Playonlinux, although overall I think that setup is a fair bit more involved than using the native linux distro. Good luck!

    SOLVED:

    Code:
    sudo apt-get install libjpeg62
    This will install a missing .so which is no longer included in v12 Ubuntu.
