    Amazing shots Aldo, this plane remains on of my best dives. I go back to this plane in a few days, and hope to bring some decent shots in my bag :o)

    we'll organize dive on Focke Wulfe from next April to november.
    Now the water it's really cold 4°Celsius until the surface.

    That is a night fighter that has not seen a lot of light lately . . .
    I am familiar with this state of preservation, it occurs in oligatrophic lakes, such as Lakes Superior. In this environment the primary mechanism for degradation is galvanic. (on the Galvanic Scale etc.,). Also, a bio-chemical degradation is often common. Off the top of my head I think some of these may have had guns that shot up rather than forward. It would be interesting to see if there any fitting mounts on the frame. Outstanding photography!
