    Product development help

    We would like to get a consensus of opinion from a certain type of decompression divers. It doesnt matter if your OC or CCR, just that you are the kind of diver that uses the following;

    Do you use fixed lines for decompression diving where not returning to the decompression line would cause you significant increase in risk?
    If so, we would like to ask your opinion on our Pathfinder strobe

    First question is;

    1. Would you sacrifice a replaceable battery for a flood warranty even if it puts the price up?

    2. What would you feel is a reasonable RRP for a strobe that;
    a. Has a user adjustable flash rate that flashes upto twice as fast as most commercially available strobes on max setting
    b. Is twice as bright as a Jotron AQ4 evan at max speed
    c. Has a Narked at 90 warranty that includes flood damage
    d. A 9hr run time on one charge
    e. Comes complete with its own charger that uses wet connects (no opening the strobe).

    Please answer honestly. Thanks.

    Thanks.

    Brent

    I've been asked what the warranty is in respect to depth limit.
    350m or 1150ft for two years. No caveats except physical damage.

    Guys, have you got a pic with fag packet, ruler or perhaps a Jotron in frame to give a sense of scale?

    Also IIRC a Jotron is about £50'ish isn't it? (for sake of comparison)

    Re: Product development help

    Just got four new Jotrons from Aberdeen watersports £24.99 each. I use them in top to toe pairs ,eliminating blind spots and giving a nice double flash. We have multiple sets on the boat which we lend to divers , and will lose the odd set every now and then , so don't make them too expensive.
