It's just my opinion, but I think that the only good process a Dolphin can go thru is conversion.

Well we don't have to always disagree after all. I really can't think of enough SCR advantages for the Dolphin except for the air hog diver. Set up and knock down on SCR for OW normal 30 min dives just doesn't IMO offer sufficient payback.

Now for the diver who wants to extend BT and is limited by OC, then by all means switch, otherwise take Darlene's advice.

I went trough the same process like you. I startet converting my dolphin and while doing it i learned even a lot more about rebreathers. This made me change my plans verry often. Which in the end cost me more, than buying a used ccr. But i must confess that i am very satiesfied with my dolphin mccr. By the way i have a extra dolphin canister witch is convertet to hold 3 sensors there is a fisher cable coming out. I bought this on ebay from a guy who has used it for dives. So it should work. I dont need it any more. because as i mentioned i did change my plans. I got my hands on a possaidon BOV/ADV because of this there is lots of space inside the shell so that i can place my sensors inside the inhalebag
