    Anyone Using Extendair??

I was wondering if anyone has or is using the extendair co2 scrubber? I tried web addressed couldn't find much reguarding price, units it will work with. Seems like this would be handy on trips. I have evo+, looks like it would work. Any thoughts? Thanks

Well... Someone should start doing something about it as it was stated previously that there's an adapter for the Classic and if so then I cannot see why it would be complicated to make one for the vision.

If someone has some ideas then let's hear them.

I don't think APD will be adopting this step any time soon in the future, but I was surprised a bit by what Mark said regarding is needs to be "important for Martin".

Still, if anyone is up for a custom made solution then I'd join in.

    Question Re: Anyone Using Extendair??

O.K. Is this A saftey thing, or what? I saw the price, thanks Diver K for the info, but they seem pretty steep, or maby I just haven't figured how long they last, ect...Looks like they would fit right in, but once again I know nothing about'em. just seemed like a great idea,as I said for traveling and such. Thanks again for the response, this group on Rbw IS GREAT. Maby we should ask Martin if they intend on making this an option.

Maybe a better word would have been "Priority" for Martin versus important. Over all as the EAC becomes accepted by more MFGs I think you will see it's Priority go up on all MFGs. As far as "custom" goes... Make sure that your "custom" process includes complete duration testing.

Personally I think it's a great product and can't wait to be using it in my CCR again.

    Dive Safe...

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for the clarification. I thought you used it on the Classic before. Any willingness to participate in an after market adapter?
