    Michael Lombardi Photos and Bio

    Michael Lombardi's Biography

Michael's undersea career has taken him from his home waters of New England,
to as far as Antarctica. Leveraging a unique mix of undersea expertise, an
inventive mind, an affinity for writing, and an attraction for the arts,
Michael finds himself involved in projects spanning all of the humanities.

Michael uses photography, and more recently videography, to capture and
beautify the rarities of this Blue Planet and bring them to researchers,
educators, students, and the community. He typically uses only ambient
lighting to capture a very realist perspective for the viewer. His fine art
work has been displayed at a number of galleries, and is often donated to
local charities committed to improving human health, to assist in their
    fundraising events.

to trudging through sewers in 50-inch pipes
    * Has participated in nearly 100 field events for commercial, scientific,
and exploratory work. This includes work spanning academia, private
