    The Northern Light

    Hi all,

Check out my new Northern Light page: Silent World: Northern Light

A really unique wreck, back is broken with the stern section sitting on top of the deck. About 190' to the sand.

Barney has it well documented in his books.

Thanks to Mel Clark for the pics

Nice page Chris, and great pics Mel!!!

Chris, definitely keep us posted when you are headed out there, especially if it's on a weekend, and even more so when the current is light!

Thanks. Most weekends I can put a trip together, just let me know.

Ahh, the current. Now that the gulf stream has regressed to its usual polite behaviour, a simple look at the NOAA page tells us how far offshore it is and whether to even bother trying it. 0-5 miles off carysfort, dont bother. 6+ it should be a doddle. :)

Works most of the time :D
