Hi Martin,

I have no personal experience of their products.

However, I have been witness to many grumblings on the Inspiration list about the inordinate amount of time people have waited for OC/DSVs from these guys, once payment has been made.

The Inspiraiton list that dave refers to is an email based list that is run for Inspiration users - the technology dates back to the beginning of the Net and is ancient...

All messages are emailed to a central place and then re-emailed out to all the list members, wasteful of bandwidth, you can't search it etc etc

Have also found that often email lists can be very confrontational and bitchy - much less of a community feel.
