Hi all, thanks for the information about the HH. I think perform a "pre-dive checklist" and not to be complacent is the best way to avoid a problem with oxygen tanks close/low PO2. Reading the "witness to a fatality" and the text of Mark Derrick I reached the same conclusion.

The vibrator is very hard to ignore.. A solenoid injecion can be missed qute easily.. The flashing handsets on the HH are also difficult to ignore..
