Well, I've got one on Lake Hopatcong that's RB friendly. Of course, that's not exactly what you're looking for.

How about listing those that aren't friendly for everyone?

One of the boats running out of Texas had a RB diver with a flooded loop
The caustic got on the boat deck and he ended up having to replace part of his deck. I don't know that he has outlawed RB on his boat but if he did you couldn't blame him.

how about a rating system thats . easy to understand :

Rb Friendly , allows rb divers with their own supplies."bring your own everything"
allows rb divers, Has gas and sorb. upon request.

runs rebreather trips , all supplies in stock.

preferred rb destination , referred based on members reports.

the rating symbols can be anything .

The Gypsy Blood runs out of New Jersey. The webpage is

    www.gypsyblooddive.com

They're very rebreather and technical diving friendly.
