Best material to use for replacement absorbent pads?

    As it says really.

Thinking about making up some spare pads. I'm thinking about using some microfibre compact travel towel material. What do you think??

    Cheers,

    Pete

Iíve cut a fair number for the various iterations of Meg stuf Iíve built. I always cut them from what Iíd bet is a super-fiber material that is just like yours. Iíve seen it in both auto parts stores and boating supply stores sold as artificial super chamois. Works great- can wring out 90% + of moisture easily and rest dries quickly.

How much is it? ISC has a set of 4 pads for $15. Can't get much cheaper than that. I am all for saving money...except when it comes to my women.
