APD BOV, Sentinel, CIS Lunar, DUI, Hugyfot and Green Force

“Boot Düsseldorf 2008” closed their doors last weekend. The Submerge Productions team visited this boat/dive show and had the opportunity to interview some of the key vendors in the diving world.

Simon Pridmore – Head of Sales & Marketing Closed Circuit Research & Delta P Technologies.
Simon speaks about the VR2 & VR3 and gives a closer look at their new rebreather the “Sentinel”

Tom Leys – General Manager Green Force
Tom talks about the Green Force dive lights and demos their latest addition, the Ceto.

Andy Voeltz - Hugyfot
Andy shows two new Hugyfot underwater housings.

Susan Long – President & CEO of DUI
Ever wanted to know who is the driving force behind DUI. Meet Susan Long. Plenty of details on their brand new 30/30 explorer suite.

Cis-Lunar lives again. Sverker tells you all about it.

The podcasts can be watched online or downloaded for offline viewing. They are available in two sizes. For high bandwidth users we recommend the 1000 Kbts versions (512 x 384). A lower resolution version is available as well (384 x 288 @ 500 Kbts).

Good show, old chap!

Just watched Simon talk about the Sentinel, well done.
Used the Perian plug-in for the Mac, Quicktime worked without a hitch.

So the late hours were not wasted.

I'm under the impression that lot's of people are watching the podcasts. The site is slow. Downloads seem to work better than online watching.

About Simon. He tells his story in a great way. I really enjoyed talking to him.

I have seen both interviews with Kevin and Simon and i want a sentinel now !!

I was impressed as well with the features on the Sentinel. Althoug I'm an APD fan, I would love to try the Sentinal. Perhaps as a second unit

We had massive hits today on the website. To make watching the podcasts an enjoyable experience again, I'm doing an "emergency" move to a bigger server (and a different provider as well).

I hope that all goes as planned and that we have the website running smoothly again in a couple of hours.

Yes, it is still in progress. I love automated datacenters until you need a real person to do something .....

The move of the server is finished. Feel free to give it a good workout. The online viewing experience should have dramatically improved. Download speeds should be faster as well. If you find a problem, please let me know.
