...June 13 & 14, at the Holiday Inn, Key Largo, 99701 Overseas Hwy, Key Largo, Florida, in conjuction with the Upper Keys Dive Operators and the Sun Splash annual week-long diving event. 9:-5:00, Weds. and Thurs.
Dive Rite will have the full line of products, INCLUDING the Optima REBREATHER, to test dive. There will be seminars on new diving tehniques, as well as free giveaways to demo day participants. Test dive the gear in the pool in the morning, and take it out on the wrecks and reefs in the afternoon and go on guided dives with Dive Rites team of expert divers. Lamar Hires, Dive Rite's president will be on hand to lead demo dive's on the rebreather, and the rest of Dive Rite's staff will have HID lights, Transpacs,backplate/aircell systems, reels, computers, the Hurricane regulator, fins, and lots more to try out!
All certified divers are welcome, come enhance your knowledge and try something new!
There is a fee of $25 for the Optima experience, this covers the instructors expenses and consumables used on the rebreather. There is only space for about 12 divers a day, so be there early, first come , first to get wet (and make no bubbles!). You will need your own personal mask, fins, and wetsuit (if needed) for the rebreather dive, the offshore dives will require that you have a full system (not counting what you demo with Dive Rite).

Check with Pete Nawrocky, the NE rep (pete@diverite.com), he can give you his tech tour/demo day schedule. He's teaching an Optima course this week, actually.
