![]() | Hi Guys, So why not build in a carbon dioxide detector - it would solve some significant issues? Too simplistic? Crispy |

![]() | Re: Sentinel LSS - Trip Report Just a few brief words for now, After a week on the first Sentinel course i have passed my Mod 1. The instructors in the water for us newbies were:- Greg Such, Phil Short, Phil Sudan, These three guys were outstanding, i never had an uncomfortable moment at all. Onboard all the instructors under training were also great during lectures. Kevin, Al and Phil from CCRB had always an answer for all questions no matter how stupid, and they also listened to our comments and suggestions. The unit never missed a dive all week for anyone. Judging by the reaction of most people on the boat it was well recieved and well built, there was a few minor problems which Kevin had his people on by the third day. Never having dived another rebreather i cant compare, but i can say in my opinion i did spend my money very very well Now i must go and clean the unit down and get ready for the coming weekend in the shallows. |

![]() | Re: Sentinel LSS - Trip Report Mind you Eoin looking at those photos above we may have to help Peter with his MOD1.25 to acclimatise to Irish conditions at the moment. There was a pretty spectacular electrical storm after you left yesterday and our dive gear got covered with hail/sleet. We managed to get back in for the second dive right on full flow mid tide in the 7degC water. Mind you the viz was superb could almost see 3m (2.5m more than usual) Enjoy Egypt while you can Peter. |
