Barry you can attach them to a post choose the Manage attachments pop up in a new post (just scroll down from the text box) and resize them accordingly from memory at their widest or tallest they should be 1024 pixels.

Well Sentinel LSS Unit 12 arrived today and you can see some of the Pictures in the link above and here are my first impressions.

The unit is as solid and robust as I had expected with Delrin making up a lot of the parts that needed machining like the manual injects and the scrubber along with the loop connections that are very well machined and push fit with a locking button.

The scrubber is quite big looking and similar to a Meg in that regard and the Loop hoses do seem quite wide bore although the mouthpiece appears smaller than the show demo models but the overall feel is tough and rugged with a Kent Tooling Stainless back plate that has a fairly unique design sitting nicely with a Bowstone Harness complete with a couple of Billy rings & D rings and a crotch strap.

One thing I noticed was quite a few extras that came as standard with the Sentinel that frankly I was not expecting like a front pouch on the Harness and a couple of Handset Covers on the Handsets along with a pair of Blanks for the scrubber head for when the Loop hoses are removed. A carry bag was also supplied to keep the Loop Mouthpiece section in when travelling, a Sentinel T Shirt was also present along with the PC interface kit & universal charger.

The paperwork included;
Despatch Note
EC Certificate of Conformity
Sentinel Serial Number and Pin Numbers notice
There was also a product disabled notice that basically states the unit has been shipped in a non-dive-able condition and the missing parts will be issued at the beginning of the course.

The unit itself has two handsets one is a colour diving computer / controller and the other is a PPO2 Monitor showing the three sensors similar I believe to the Ouroborus but I have never had the pleasure of diving that unit so understanding the electronics will be a key part of the course for me. It also has two HUDS one for rear use and one standard front fitting I do hope to RTFM but I suspect that will only happen when I am sitting in the airport next weekend on my way to the Red Sea to do the course.

So far it has more than lived up to my high expectations regarding build quality and I am now looking forward to seeing how it dives as that will be the acid test. Can it live up to the reports of being absolutely fantastic in the water?

Are those Inspiration hose weights?

Are there any provisions for mounting weights high on the unit?
